There was a minor upset when 7th ranked ratiopharm Ulm (18-14) was defeated on the road by tenth ranked Phoenix Hagen (15-17) 104-91 on Friday. ratiopharm Ulm was trailing by 2 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 39-23 charge of Phoenix Hagen, which allowed them to win the game.
