Rivas Ecopolis are the new LFB champions. They dethroned Perfumerias Avenida sweeping the championship series. Rivas Ecopolis followed a brilliant road victory with a tough hard-working victory at home court tonight. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Perfumerias Avenida won third quarter 14-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Rivas Ecopolis forced 19 Perfumerias Avenida turnovers. International center Laura Nicholls (189-89, agency: Josep and Nicolas) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. American Rachel Allison (185-87, college: Baylor) contributed with 11 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. American forward Angelica Robinson (197-87, college: Georgia) replied with 18 points and 8 rebounds and Montenegrin-American swingman Eshaya Murphy (181-85, college: USC) added 14 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Perfumerias Avenida.
