Semi-Finals Game 1: TU/Rock - Tln Kalev 75-48

TU/Rock held off visiting Tin Kalev to spur ahead in the semifinal series. The game was mostly controlled by TU/Rock. Tln Kalev was better in fourth quarter 20-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Tln Kalev 42-30 including 30 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of international Gert Dorbek (193-85) who helped to win the game recording 14 points. American point guard Vincent Simpson (185-88, college: Hampton, agency: R.H.Consultancy) contributed with 8 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Ghanian-American Asenso Ampim (203-88, college: Columbia) answered with 8 points and 9 rebounds and guard Raido Roos (188-84) added 13 points in the effort for Tln Kalev. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
