Finals Game 4: Grindavik - KR 79-87

KR are the new Dominos League champions! They upset Grindavik on the road in the fourth game of the title seris to conquer the trophy, which was last won by KR back in 2011. Grindavik was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when KR made 11 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international guard Pavel Ermolinskij (202-87) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 blocks. International Martin Hermannsson (192-94) contributed with 26 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. The former international swingman Johann Olafsson (193-86) replied with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and American-Dominican guard Lewis Clinch (191-87, college: Georgia Tech, agency: KMG Sports Management) added 17 points and 9 assists in the effort for Grindavik. Four KR and five Grindavik players scored in double figures.
