Sao Jose/Unimed escaped with a narrow home win over Brasilia and completed the sweep of the series. Brasilia was trailing by 3 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 21-16 charge of Sao Jose/Vinac, which allowed them to win the game. Sao Jose/Vinac outrebounded Brasilia 49-31 including 19 on the offensive glass. The best player for the winners was the former international center Caio Silveira (211-87, agency: Interperformances) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 19 rebounds. American-Dominican point guard Emmanuel Quezada (188-85, college: USF) chipped in 15 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was international guard Alex Ribeiro (191-80, agency: Interperformances) who recorded 17 points and 4 assists and American power forward Marcus Goree (203-77, college: W.Virginia) added 16 points and 6 rebounds respectively.
