Amchit defeated Homentmen on the road to take 2-0 lead in the series. It looked good early as Homenetm. B took an 6-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Amchit had a 22-11 second period charge getting the lead and Homenetm. B was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 66-77. The former international swingman Fadi Khatib (199-79) notched a double-double by scoring 29 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and American-FYR Macedonian forward Jeremiah Massey (202-82, college: Kansas St.) supported him with 14 points, 12 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 steals. Amchit's coach Ghassan Sarkis allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even a double-double of 21 points and 11 rebounds by American center Terrence Leather (204-81, college: S.Florida) did not help to save the game for Homenetm. B. His fellow American import point guard Dion Dixon (190-89, college: Cincinnati) added 17 points and 6 assists for the hosts.
