The hosts trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 22-13 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Petrochimi forced 20 Mahram turnovers. American point guard Jonathan Gibson (188-87, college: N.Mexico St., agency: Three Eye Sports) orchestrated the victory by scoring 34 points (!!!). Bosnian-Spanish center Nedzad Sinanovic (222-83) contributed with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 14 rebounds for the winners.
