Quarter-Finals Round 4: Mogi das Cruzes - Limeira 72-60

Mogi das Cruzes held off Limeira in the fourth game of the series and forced the decider. The game without a history. Mogi led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They also forced 22 Winner/Limeira turnovers and outrebounded them 34-17 including a 23-11 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Marcus Vinicius Toledo (203-86) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds (made all of his nine free throws !!!) and Guilherme Filipin (191-83) who added 18 points during the contest. At the losing side Dominican-American guard Ronald Ramon (182-86, college: Pittsburgh) responded with 18 points and 5 assists (made all of his seven free throws) and American guard David Jackson (196-82, college: Penn St.) scored 15 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
