Semi-Finals Game 3: Den Bosch - Den Helder 89-68

Date: May 6, 2014
Den Bosch fired past Den Helder to complete the sweep of the semifinal series. The game was mostly controlled by Den Bosch. Den Helder managed to win fourth quarter 21-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 19-of-21 free shots (90.5 percent) during the game. It was a good game for the former international Kees Akerboom (200-83, agency: Court Side) who led his team to a victory with 20 points. American forward Tai Wesley (200-86, college: Utah St.) contributed with 11 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Puerto Rican-American point guard Emanuel Ubilla (188-86, college: Fair Dickinson, agency: Court Side) answered with 17 points and 6 assists and American forward Justin Knox (205-89, college: N.Carolina) added 10 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Den Helder. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
