Petrochemi snatched a narrow rod win in Tehran to take 3-2 lead in the championship series. The visitors came from behind in the fourth quarter to upset the hosts. Mahram was trailing by 1 point at halftime but managed to get 6-point lead after three quarters before a 22-15 charge of Petrochimi, which allowed them to win the game. They made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game.
