Matera held off Treviglio to spur ahead for 2-1 lead. The hosts trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 42-19 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Matera made 24-of-27 free shots (88.9 percent) during the game, while Treviglio only scored five points from the stripe. Matera forced 22 Treviglio turnovers and outrebounded them 42-25 including a 13-1 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great evening for power forward Antonio Iannuzzi (207-91, agency: Two Points) who led his team to a victory scoring 24 points and 7 rebounds. American forward Kyle Austin (203-88, college: Cal-Riverside) helped adding 17 points and 8 rebounds. The best for the losing side was guard Filippo Alessandri (190-89) with 12 points and Czech Tomas Kyzlink (195-93) scored 10 points.
