Semi-Finals Game 2: Sokhumi - Olimpi 64-76

Olimpi upset Sokhumi to clinch the 7th position. The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 3-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 76-64. Olimpi looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. International center Richard Matiashvili (207-89) scored 9 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Irakli Mikeladze (182-94) chipped in 13 points and 4 assists during the contest. Olimpi's coach Davit Tortladze used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The former international center Beka Bekauri (207-91) responded with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 12 rebounds and forward Grigol Shvangiradze (196-91) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists.
