Semi-Finals Game 2: MIA Academy - Rustavi 113-89

Date: May 10, 2014
MIA Academy finished fifth in the championship edging Rustavi. The game was mostly controlled by MIA. Energy Invest was better in fourth quarter 27-26. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. MIA forced 21 Energy Invest turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 32 assists. Bosnian-Serbian center Mile Ilic (215-84, agency: Interperformances) notched 18 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and international guard Revaz Rogava (191-93) supported him with 16 points and 5 assists. Five MIA players scored in double figures. MIA's coach Archil Jgenti felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 34 points (!!!) by point guard Revaz Chachanidze (183-90) did not help to save the game for Energy Invest. Naturalized Russian center Giorgi Kvelashvili (206-81) added 13 points and 10 rebounds for the guests.
