Le Portel overcame a strong resistance from Evreux to spur ahead in the series. The hosts were already 12 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 24-16 ALM Evreux's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 66-62 at the end of the game. ALM Evreux was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. Power forward Charles-Henri Bronchard (200-82, agency: Court Side) nailed 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side and American Darnell Wilson (198-85, college: Canisius, agency: Court Side) accounted for 16 points. Swingman Pierre-Etienne Drouault (196-90) came up with 12 points and 4 assists and naturalized Burkinabe Jean-Victor Traore (204-85) added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively for ALM Evreux in the defeat.
