Ironi Nes-Ziona leveled the series against Maccabi Haifa following a comfortable home victory. The game without a history. Ironi Nes-Ziona led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot the lights out from three nailing 13 long-distance shots on high 54.2 percentage. Ironi Nes-Ziona players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Maccabi Haifa's players. The winners were led by American forward Tyler Honeycutt (203-90, college: UCLA) who scored that evening 17 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and the other American import forward Diamon Simpson (201-87, college: St.Mary's, CA) supported him with 19 points and 5 rebounds. Four Ironi Nes-Ziona players scored in double figures. Even 16 points by American-Venezuelan Donta Smith (200-83, college: SE Illinois JC) did not help to save the game for Maccabi Haifa. American forward Adrian Henning (203-82, college: Austin Peay St.) added 9 points and 6 rebounds for lost side.
