Poitiers handed the second straight deafet to Fos Ouest and sealed the semifinal appearance. The guests trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 6-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 81-77. 26 personal fouls committed by Fos Ouest helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
