Rabotnicki outlasted Kozuv to surge ahead in the series. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 24-19. But Kozuv won second period 25-21. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Kozuv was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Bosnian center Barisa Krasic (203-78) stepped up and scored 29 points and 5 assists for the winners and Serbian center Dusan Knezevic (207-80, agency: BeoExcell) chipped in 15 points and 19 rebounds. At the losing side Serbian swingman Miladin Pekovic (197-83, agency: BeoExcell) responded with 19 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists (made all of his seven free throws) and Igor Penov (202-84) scored 15 points and 9 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots). Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
