Paulistano snatched a road win over Sao Jose/Unimed and posted a 2-1 lead in the semifinal series. Sao Jose/Vinac was ahead by 10 points after three quarters before a 30-14 charge of Paulistano, which allowed them to win the game. They made 23-of-30 charity shots (76.7 percent) during the game.
