Armani Milano led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Armani Milano outrebounded Tuscany Pistoia 32-15 including a 25-12 advantage in defensive rebounds. They shot the lights out from three nailing 13 long-distance shots on high 59.1 percentage. Jamaican power forward Samardo Samuels (206-89, college: Louisville, agency: Three Eye Sports) orchestrated the victory by scoring 16 points and 6 rebounds. International swingman Alessandro Gentile (200-92) contributed with 19 points for the winners. Five Armani Milano players scored in double figures. American guard Kyle Gibson (196-87, college: Louisiana Tech) replied with 12 points and 5 assists and his fellow American import power forward JaJuan Johnson (208-89, college: Purdue) added 14 points in the effort for Tuscany Pistoia. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
