Semi-Finals Game 5: Trotamundos - Cocodrilos 75-81

Cocodrilos outgunned Trotamundos to grab the lead in the LPB semifinals. Trotamundos trailed by 11 points after 3 quarters before a 25-20 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 75-81 at the end of the game. It was a great shooting night for Cocodrilos especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.9 percentage. American swingman Andre Emmett (196-82, college: Texas Tech) stepped up and scored 17 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners and international power forward Luis Bethelmy (200-86) chipped in 12 points and 10 rebounds. Five Cocodrilos players scored in double figures. Dominican forward Jack Michael Martinez (201-81) responded with 24 points and 8 rebounds and the former international point guard David Cubillan (181-87, college: Marquette) scored 11 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
