Hapoel Eilat overcame Maccabi Tel-Aviv and evened the series at 1-1. The game was mostly controlled by Hapoel Eilat. Maccabi T-A managed to win second period 17-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Hapoel Eilat made 20-of-22 free shots (90.9 percent) during the game. American swingman Kevin Palmer (198-87, college: Texas A&M-CC) had a double-double by scoring 19 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import guard Terrico White (196-90, college: Mississippi) chipped in 19 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. American swingman Devin Smith (196-83, college: Virginia) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds and international center Alex Tyus (203-88, college: Florida) scored 10 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Maccabi T-A players scored in double figures. Maccabi T-A's coach David Blatt rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
