Trento celebrated the opening victory in the LNP Gold Finals. Trento led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 51.7 percentage. American guard Brandon Triche (193-91, college: Syracuse) fired 21 points for the winners. Naturalized Argentinian point guard Andres Forray (187-86) chipped in 20 points and 4 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Four Trento players scored in double figures. Naturalized Croatian center Sandro Nicevic (210-76, agency: Beo Basket) produced 24 points and 5 rebounds and American forward Dominique Archie (200-87, college: S.Carolina) added 15 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. Upea CdO's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
