Stelmet Zielona Gora snatched a tough overtime victory over PGE Turow to cut the deficit in the championship series. PGE Turow was trailing by 8 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 23-20 charge of Stelmet ZG, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. They were better in overtime eventually winning that period 12-11. Stelmet ZG looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. 26 personal fouls committed by PGE Turow helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for Montenegrin power forward Vladimir Dragicevic (206-86) who saved his team from a defeat with 18 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. DR Congolese Christian Eyenga (201-89) contributed with 19 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. The former international Filip Dylewicz (202-80) answered with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 14 rebounds and international Lukasz Wisniewski (186-84, college: Barton County CC, agency: Promotex) added 24 points and 4 assists in the effort for PGE Turow. Five Stelmet ZG and four PGE Turow players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
