Finals Game 3: Casalpusterlengo - P.Mantovana 80-56

Casalpusterlengo handed the second straight defeat to P.Mantovana to take the lead in the DNA Silver Finals. The hosts trailed by 5 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 8-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 80-56. Casalpusterlengo dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to P.Mantovana's 28. It was a great evening for power forward Alberto Chiumenti (204-87, agency: Players Group) who led his team to a victory scoring 16 points and 9 rebounds. Cuban Howard Sant-Roos (200-91) helped adding 19 points, 5 assists and 4 steals. Casalpusterlengo's coach Andrea Zanchi felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was American-Puerto Rican Ramon Clemente (200-85, college: Wichita St.) with 11 points and 6 rebounds and American power forward Johndre Jefferson (207-88, college: S.Carolina, agency: Three Eye Sports) scored 6 points and 10 rebounds.
