Finals Game 4: Casalpusterlengo - P.Mantovana 69-75 OT

P.Mantovana snatched a vital road win over Casalpusterlengo to force the decisive fifth game in DNA Silver Finals. The series move back to Mantova for the decider scheduled for Sunday. Casalpusterlengo was trailing by 6 points at halftime but managed to get 1-point lead after three quarters before a 16-15 charge of P.Mantovana, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. They were better in overtime eventually winning that period 12-6. P.Mantovana dominated on the defensive end, holding Casalpusterlengo to just 5 points in second quarter. Casalpusterlengo was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Johndre Jefferson (207-88, college: S.Carolina, agency: Three Eye Sports) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds and naturalized American guard Mike Nardi (186-85, college: Villanova) who added 12 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Five P.Mantovana players scored in double figures. At the losing side forward Giampaolo Ricci (200-91) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds and American Alvin Young (188-75, college: Niagara) scored 19 points.
