P.Mantovana earned the DNA Silver title. They handed the second straight defeat to Casalpusterlengo in the Finals and claimed 3-2 victory in the title series. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 18-12. But Casalpusterlengo won second period 17-13. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American power forward Johndre Jefferson (207-88, college: S.Carolina, agency: Three Eye Sports) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 rebounds for the winners and naturalized American guard Mike Nardi (186-85, college: Villanova) chipped in 14 points. American Alvin Young (188-75, college: Niagara) responded with 17 points and 6 rebounds and forward Giampaolo Ricci (200-91) scored 13 points and 5 rebounds. Four Casalpusterlengo players scored in double figures.
