Riyadi celebrated their 24th Division A title. They clinched a come-from-behind victory over Sagesse in the sixth game of the Finals to win the series 4-2. The guests trailed by 12 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 7 points. Egyptian power forward Ahmad Ismail (205-76) had a double-double by scoring 15 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and international swingman Jean Abdel Nour (198-83) chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Al Riyadi's coach Slobodan Subotic used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was American center Chris Daniels (212-84, college: Limoges) with 9 points, 17 rebounds and 6 assists and Australian power forward Julian Khazzouh (209-86) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 14 rebounds.
