Preliminary Round Day 4: MEXICO - EL SALVADOR 107-64

Seven players score in double digits as Mexico rout El Salvador in the last game of Day 4 at the Centrobasket 2014. Mexico won 107:64 and advanced to the Semifinals with one more game remaining. El Salvador lost their third consecutive game and dropped at 0-3 record. Mexico posted a 23-16 lead in the first period and never looked behind. They added 24-11 run in the second frame and enjoyed a 47:27 half-time advantage. Moreover Mexico erupted with a 38-16 burst in the third period and reached three-digit number in the fourth quarter. Paul Stoll paced all the winners with 18 points, while Rodrigo Zamora and Gustavo Ayon netted 12 each. James Valladares produced 24 points in a loss and Nefi Perdomo had 18. Tomorrow Mexico will take on Puerto Rico to figure our the top place in Group A.
