USA defended their title in Colorado Springs. They outgunned Canada in the title game to clinch the seventh straight U18 FIBA Americas title. Riyadh Wilson tallied 25 points and 11 rebounds to pace the winners. She was named the tournament's MVP. Napheesa Collier contributed 18 points for the winners. The USA built a 50:32 halftime lead. They stretched the gap at 32-point mark at the final break and coasted to the victory afterwards. Shaylisha Colley responded with 16 points for Canada.
