The Saigon Heat celebrated the fifth win in the ASEAN League season. They held off visiting Laskar Dreya. Justin Williams stepped up with 18 points, 20 rebounds and 12 blocks for the Heat. The Heat grabbed a 31:12 lead after ten minutes. The visitors cut the deficit at 12-point mark at the interval. However the Saigon Heat reacted with a 21:12 run in the third term to take a comfortable 21-point lead before the fourth frame. Laskar Dreya tried hard to comeback into the game in the final stanza but came up empty at the end. Arnold had 18 points, while Avenido finished with 11 points for the Heat. Falando Jones answered with 22 points and 14 boards for Laskar Dreya. Wilopo had 12 points in the eighth straight defeat for the Indonesian team.
