Team USA struggled against ambitious Turkey in the first half but got things rolling in the second to post the second straight win in Bilbao. Kenneth Faried stepped up with 22 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. The Ataman team gained a 40:35 halftime advantage. They boosted the gap at 6-point mark early in the third term. But Team USA finally picked up the tempo and dropped 31 points to take a 6-point lead at the final break. Team USA unloaded 32 points in the fourth frame and sealed the winning outcome. Anthony Davis had 19 points, while James Harden provided 14 points for the winners. Akyol responded with 12 points for Turkey. Guler and Savas had 9 points each in the loss.
