Saudi Arabia edged Palestine in teh final game at the Asian Games Group B. Mohammed Alsager recorded 26 points and 8 rebounds to pace the Saudis as they occupied the third position despite posting two wins in three games played in Incheon. Palestine built a 6-point lead at the interval. But Saudi Arabia unleashed 55 points in the second half to escape with the victory. Marzouq Almuwallad delivered 26 points for the winners. Sani Sakakini responded with 26 points and 16 rebounds for Palestine.
