Regular Season Round 3: Solna Branten - LF Future 89-53

The game between closely ranked teams ended with Solna Branten's (2-1) home victory over LF Future (1-3) 89-53 on Saturday. The game without a history. Solna Branten led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding LF Future to just 6 points in second quarter. Solna Branten dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to LF Future's 30. Solna Branten forced 37 LF Future turnovers. LF Future was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for forward Henrik Jadersten (208-95) who led his team to a victory scoring 16 points and 6 rebounds. point guard Simon Makkonen (186-94) helped adding 12 points and 7 rebounds. Four Solna Branten players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Spanish guard Pablo Arenaza (194-93) with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds and DR Congolese center Tresor Saya (203-84) scored 10 points and 9 rebounds. LF Future's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Solna Branten will face KFUM Blackebergs in Vallingby in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. LF Future will play at home against Jarfalla and hope to win that game.
