Rather expected game when Kozuv (0-2) was defeated on the road by Kumanovo 2009 (2-0) 85-75 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 45-32 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was the former international guard Aleksandar Kostoski (186-88, agency: Beo Basket) who scored 15 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Serbian point guard Sasa Avramovic (193-93, agency: Beo Basket) chipped in 20 points. International forward Vladimir Brckov (200-89, agency: Beo Basket) produced 21 points and 6 rebounds and point guard Eftim Bogoev (185-80) added 18 points respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Kumanovo 2009 will meet Karpos Sokoli in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Kozuv will play against Feni Indistrija and hope to win that game.
