The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Stal Ostrow as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Stal Ostrow smashed 6th ranked Pogon Prudnik in Ostrow Wlkp. 96-67. The game was mostly controlled by Stal Ostrow. Pogon Prudnik managed to win second period 21-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening.
