Spars Sarajevo (5-0) crushed league's leader Leotar (4-1) 78-51 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Leotar. It was a key game for the top position in the league. The game was mostly controlled by Spars Sarajevo. Leotar managed to win fourth quarter 14-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Spars Sarajevo forced 21 Leotar turnovers. The best player for the winners was power forward Igor Josipovic (205-88) who scored 17 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). The former international swingman Nedim Buza (205-95) chipped in 17 points. Four Spars Sarajevo players scored in double figures.
