Prva Liga top team - Rabotnicki (6-1) had no problems winning another game on Wednesday. This time they beat sixth ranked Kozuv (3-4) in Skopje 86-70. The game without a history. Rabotnicki led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 23-of-29 free shots (79.3 percent) during the game. The winners were led by international center Todor Gecevski (209-77, agency: Interperformances) who scored that evening 32 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists (was perfect 10-for-10 from the free throw line !!!) and the former international Gjorgi Cekovski (203-79) supported him with 29 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Even 16 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists by Serbian swingman Miladin Pekovic (197-83, agency: BeoExcell) did not help to save the game for Kozuv. Bosnian center Drasko Albijanic (211-86, agency: BeoExcell) added 8 points and 5 rebounds for the guests. Kozuv's coach Marko Icelic rotated eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Rabotnicki have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 6-1 record. Loser Kozuv keeps the sixth place with four games lost. They share the position with KK Strumica. Rabotnicki will meet league's second-placed Feni Indistrija in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Kozuv will play against Goce Delchev (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
