The game between Top Four teams took place in Kavadarci. Second-best host Feni Indistrija (5-3) lost to first ranked Rabotnicki (7-1) 84-76. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Feni Indistrija. Rabotnicki have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place with 7-1 record. Feni Indistrija at the other side dropped to the third position with three games lost. They share it with Kumanovo and Karpos Sokoli. Rabotnicki will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Feni Indistrija will play at home against the league's second-placed MZT Skopje and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
