Stephen Curry scored eight of his 34 points in overtime and added seven assists and seven rebounds as Golden State outlasted host New Orleans and ran its record winning streak to 16 games. Klay Thompson scored 29 points and Andre Iguodala added 20 off the bench for the Warriors, who improved their NBA-best record to 21-2. Draymond Green collected 11 points, 13 rebounds, five assists and four blocks for Golden State, which began overtime with a 14-3 run capped by Green's layup on a feed from Curry to put the game away.Tyreke Evans collected a season-high 34 points and eight rebounds while Jrue Holiday had 30 points and nine assists for the Pelicans, who were without forward Anthony Davis (chest contusion). Ryan Anderson moved into the starting lineup with Davis out and contributed 15 points for New Orleans. Evans' 3-pointer with 8:41 left put the Pelicans in front 96-94, and he connected again from beyond the arc to push the lead to 105-97 with 5:01 to play. The Warriors battled back to take a 110-109 lead on Marreese Speights' put-back with 1:34 left, and Speights' free throw knotted it at 111 before Green blocked a pair of shots at the other end and each team missed a final shot to send it to overtime. The Warriors took a 60-51 lead into the half and Thompson's 3-pointer made it an 82-72 gap just past the midway point of the third quarter.
