Fourth ranked CB Guadalajara (9-3) crushed at home 12th ranked Canarias (3-9) by 37 points 95-58, which is the biggest margin this round on Saturday night. CB Guadalajara led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Canarias to just 6 points in third quarter. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the eighth consecutive win for CB Guadalajara. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Caceres and Lucentum. Newly promoted Canarias keeps the twelfth position with nine games lost. CB Guadalajara will meet Cambados (#10) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Canarias will play against Zornotza and hope to secure a win.
