Very predictable result when second ranked BK Pardubice (16-6) defeated at home 8th ranked NH Ostrava (8-13) 89-73. NH Ostrava was ahead by 4 points at the halftime before a 51-31 second half run of BK Pardubice. It was an exceptional evening for American forward Joseph Wall (200-90, college: Seattle Pacific) who led the winners and scored 23 points. Slovakian Dusan Pandula (196-84) accounted for 18 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. BK Pardubice's coach Dusan Bohunicky allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American forward Fran Dougherty (203, college: Pennsylvania) came up with 16 points and 7 rebounds and international forward Corey Muirhead (198-83, college: W.Carolina) added 14 points and 6 rebounds respectively for NH Ostrava in the defeat.
