Regular Season Round 25: BK Decin - NH Ostrava 86-66

NBL top team - BK Decin (18-5) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed eighth ranked NH Ostrava (9-14) 86-66. The game was mostly controlled by BK Decin. NH Ostrava was better in third quarter 23-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Swingman Pavel Bosak (192-82) stepped up and scored 20 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and guard Tomas Vyoral (190-92) chipped in 21 points. At the losing side international forward Corey Muirhead (198-83, college: W.Carolina) responded with 13 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and American power forward Taylor Rohde (205-90, college: Alaska-Anch.) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds. Four NH Ostrava players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. BK Decin maintains first place with 18-5 record. NH Ostrava at the other side dropped to the ninth position with 14 games lost. BK Decin will play against Basketbal Svitavy (#6) at home in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. NH Ostrava will play against BK Usti nad Labem and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
