Rather expected game when 16th ranked MBA Moscow (1-14) was crushed on the road by thirteenth ranked Irkut Irkutsk (5-10) 77-52. Irkut Irkutsk players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by MBA Moscow's players. Point guard Igor Sukhinin (188-81) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 7 rebounds and 12 assists. Vladislav Solovyev (192-88) contributed with 18 points and 8 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!) for the winners. Four Irkut Irkutsk players scored in double figures. Irkut Irkutsk's coach Yuri Anisimov felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Forward Andrey Petukhov (207-86) replied with 11 points and 7 rebounds and guard Evgeny Chebanenko (193-92, agency: Alti Sport) added 10 points in the effort for MBA Moscow. Irkut Irkutsk maintains thirteenth position with 5-10 record. MBA Moscow lost seventh consecutive game. Newly promoted team stay at the bottom place with 14 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
