The game between closely ranked teams ended with 13th ranked Wilki Morskie's (4-11) home loss to twelfth ranked MKS Dabrowa Gornicza (5-9) 80-86. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Wilki Morskie won third quarter 22-21. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American point guard Trevor Releford (183-91, college: Alabama) came up with 20 points and 4 assists and Serbian power forward Uros Nikolic (207-87, agency: Beo Basket) added 15 points and 8 rebounds respectively for Wilki Morskie in the defeat. Four Wilki Morskie players scored in double figures. The victory was the third consecutive win for MKS Dabrowa Gornicza. They moved-up to eleventh place. Wilki Morskie at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the thirteenth position with 11 games lost. MKS Dabrowa Gornicza's next round opponent will be higher ranked AZS Koszalin (#3) on the road and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
