Regular Season Round 16: Buyukcekmece - Gelisim 80-91

The most important game in the last round took place in Buyukcekmece between second ranked Buyukcekmece (13-3) and ninth ranked Gelisim (9-7) on Saturday night. Buyukcekmece was defeated by Gelisim at home 80-91. The guests trailed by 8 points after first quarter, but they stormed back and won the game by 11 points. Gelisim moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Socar Petkim. Buyukcekmece at the other side keeps the second position with three games lost. They share it with Sakarya BSB. Gelisim is looking forward to face higher ranked Balikesir (#4) at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Buyukcekmece will play against Sakarya BSB in Sakaraya and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
