Not a big story in a game in Magnitogorsk where 10th ranked Magnitka-Univ. (2-18) was defeated by fourth ranked Dynamo-MGTU (12-8) 73-69 on Saturday. Point guard Artem Gaposhin (185-91) scored 18 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 6 steals to lead the charge for the winners and forward Ilya Khmara (194-89) chipped in 17 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side center Sergei Dubinin (206-85) responded with 15 points and 8 rebounds and Daniil Aksenov scored 13 points. Four Magnitka-Univ. players scored in double figures. Magnitka-Univ.'s coach Artur Bigeev tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Dynamo-MGTU maintains fourth position in League with 12-8 record. Newly promoted Magnitka-Univ. keeps the tenth place with 18 games lost. Dynamo-MGTU will face league's leader Cheliabinsk on the road in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Magnitka-Univ. will play against Tegas DR (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
