CAB Madeira did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 77-59. The game without a history. Shuler is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Even 14 points and 5 rebounds by the former international forward Miguel Miranda (205-78) did not help to save the game for Ovarense. International point guard Jose Miguel Barbosa (178-90) added 8 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Ovarense's coach Felix Alonso rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. CAB Madeira moved-up to sixth place. Ovarense lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh position with seven games lost. CAB Madeira's next round opponent will be higher ranked Oliveirense (#4) in Oliveira and it may be quite challenging game. Ovarense will play at home against the league's second-placed Vitoria SC and hope to win that game.
