Regular Season Round 22: Haneda Vickies - Aishin AW 75-82

Bottom-ranked Haneda Vickies (0-22) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 22th consecutive match to ninth ranked Aishin Wings (6-16) 82-75 on Saturday evening. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Haneda Vickies won fourth quarter 24-21. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Power forward Shiyu Sato (178-87) fired 24 points for the winners. The former international swingman Tanaka Masaki (171-88) chipped in 17 points. Power forward Yuki Toyama (176-91) produced 31 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Yuki Morimoto (177-84) added 10 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Haneda Vickies' coach Chunyi Xingze rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Aishin Wings moved-up to eighth place. Loser Haneda Vickies still closes the standings. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
