Bauru earned the second straight victory in Liga Americas Group D. They overcame Trotamundos to stay undefeated in Tunja. Jefferson Andrade produced 23 points and 9 rebounds in the victory. Bauru unloaded 30 points in the opening quarter to take a comfortable 17-point advantage. Bauru stretched the gap in the second quarter. The Brazilian team ensured a 51:28 halftime advantage. Trotamundos cut the deficit in the third term. The Venezuelan team pulled within 15 points at the final intermission. But Bauru dropped 23 points in the fourth quarter to get away with a comfortable win. Murilo Becker had 15 points, while Larry Taylor added 13 points for the winners. Dwight Lewis responded with 20 points for Trotamundos. Robert Glenn had 12 points in the defeat.
