The game between eighth ranked Spojnia (11-9) and 10th ranked Pogon Prudnik (7-13) in Stargard ended with biggest points difference. Spojnia outscored guests from Prudnik 93-71. Spojnia dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Pogon Prudnik's 20. The best player for the winners was the former international center Rafal Bigus (214-76, college: Villanova) who had a double-double by scoring 11 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Point guard Marcin Stoklosa (185-77) chipped in 18 points and 6 assists. Artur Grygiel (188-88) produced 18 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 6 steals (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and Tomasz Madziar (195-92) added 12 points and 4 assists respectively for the guests. Five Spojnia and four Pogon Prudnik players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Spojnia moved-up to seventh place. Newly promoted Pogon Prudnik keeps the tenth position with 13 games lost. Spojnia's next round opponent will be higher ranked Znicz Basket (#5) in Pruszkow and it may be quite challenging game. Pogon Prudnik will play on the road against Legia (#4) in Warszawa and hope to win that game.
